Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your surprise! Most of our products are mystery and blind-box items, so the surprise is part of the purchase — please keep that in mind when ordering.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Change of mind: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the mistake was ours.

Mystery items: Opened mystery bundles, blind boxes, and pen boxes can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective — once the surprise is revealed, we can't resell it. Pens and prizes from the Glacier Ink Mystery Box are non-refundable for change of mind or color/style preference.
